Over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of leading DRG through one of the most transformative periods in our firm’s history. During that time, we’ve expanded our team, deepened our expertise, partnered with more than 4,000 mission-driven organizations, and continually challenged ourselves to better meet the needs of the mission-driven sector.

Today, I’m excited to share the next chapter in that journey: the launch of DRG Consulting.

Our name is changing to better reflect the firm we’ve become. Our purpose remains exactly the same: helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their capacity to make a meaningful difference in the world.

For nearly four decades, organizations have trusted DRG to identify exceptional leaders who move missions forward. Executive search has always been at the center of our work, and it remains an essential part of who we are.

Over the years, I’ve come to appreciate something that has shaped how we think about our work. Finding the right leader is rarely the end of the challenge. More often, it marks the beginning of a new one. Even the most talented executives need thoughtful strategy, aligned teams, effective governance, strong organizational design, and a culture that supports their success.

Again and again, our clients invited us into conversations that extended well beyond executive search. They turned to us not only to find exceptional leaders, but also to help them navigate the organizational questions that drive long-term success. Those conversations helped shape the firm we are today.

For the past several years, we’ve been intentionally building toward this moment. We’ve expanded our capabilities, invested in new areas of expertise, and brought together a team of outstanding and talented professionals with diverse perspectives and deep experience across the challenges our clients face. The result is a firm that can support organizations in finding exceptional leaders and helping those leaders, along with the organizations they serve, succeed over the long term.

DRG Consulting brings that work together across four core areas representing one ecosystem: Leadership, Strategy, Teams, and Partnerships.

Whether we are recruiting a CEO, facilitating a strategic planning process, strengthening governance, redesigning an organizational structure, or helping teams navigate complexity, our work is guided by a single belief: organizations create the greatest impact when their people, purpose, and systems are aligned.

The integration of Sangfroid Strategy earlier this year represents an important milestone in that journey. Their deep expertise in data-informed strategy, evaluation, and implementation complements our own and has expanded both the breadth of our services and the depth of our thinking. Together, we are better equipped to help organizations move from insight to action and from aspiration to measurable impact.

One lesson has become unmistakably clear over the years: sustainable organizational success is never the result of leadership alone. It requires clarity of purpose, disciplined execution, healthy cultures, effective partnerships, and the ability to adapt as circumstances evolve.

That understanding is at the heart of DRG Consulting. We have not reinvented ourselves. We have grown alongside our clients and evolved into the partner they need us to be.

I could not be more grateful to the more than 4,000 organizations that have placed their trust in us over the years. Your work strengthens communities, advances important causes, and improves lives. Supporting your leadership and your missions has been one of the great privileges of my career.

As we begin this next chapter, I look forward to continuing that partnership, helping organizations navigate complexity with confidence, build enduring capacity, and create even greater impact in the years ahead.

I invite you to explore our new home at drgconsulting.com and meet DRG again for the first time.

Welcome to DRG Consulting.
